Move the line from the slider to the center

Describe the feature you're requesting There is a thick line on the slider that represents the center on every other slider in the game, but not this one. Change the position of it to be in the center just like all the other sliders

Additional context Every other slider in the game has it in the center, why not stay more in the vanilla style? I actually moved it to the side to represent the default value of the mod (a framerate limit of 60), but i've noticed that other slider's default values aren't where the line is

Basically I'll just be removing the change and sticking to the vanilla style as much as possible, I'm not completely sure I want that though
