Describe the bug Mod doesn't work when using mod manager

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Launch modded LC through mod manager
  2. See settings not being applied properly

Expected behavior It saves and uses the config settings properly

doesn't seem to update when saving settings

only updates after clicking save twice
