Getting domains without mapping to ECOD #1

Hi,

Looks like a useful package! I am wondering if it possible to just extract "domain-like" regions of a protein, without any mapping to ECOD, etc? Just stating that from reside X to Y, it is a possible folded domain.

Hi

Sorry for the late reply. Currently the full pipeline includes ECOD mapping. But definitely you can change pipeline to fit your own needs. However, we are not sure about how much it will affect accuracy to fully remove mapping to ECOD. We are working on incorporation of deep learning method to further improve the method and reduce tedious searching steps.
