Conky fails to install using homebrew formula #48

Fails with this error:

Install the project...
-- Install configuration: "RelWithDebInfo"
CMake Error at cmake_install.cmake:36 (file):
  file cannot create directory: /usr/local/share/doc/conky-1.11.2_pre.  Maybe
  need administrative privileges.

Fixed with https://github.com/Conky-for-macOS/homebrew-formulae/commit/dc0e76f30ebe5cf05fdbbef0a6257d01e7bbe252
