Note: currently uses kWebAppLauncherClose capability for leaving the session. We should add a capability named something like "kWebAppLauncherLeave" or "kWebAppLauncherDisconnect"

I made this change alongside an addition to the WebAppLauncher capability set, so I will close this in favor of commit c261d030b7603402de3f2880851a43298307cbe4.
