Do work for this in issue-151

Currently we have events in our application but the pages and edit page are incomplete.

[x] Event Info page does not work. Allow the user to join or leave the event if they are in the group the event belongs to.
[x] Create an edit event page that allows the user to edit the event if they are in it.
[ ] Potentially make a list of events page that can be accessed from the groups page?
