Display mobile devices in the UI #17

We would like to be able to display mobile devices on the map.

[ ] We can display mobile device markers with their last-known location
[ ] We can display a devices route by looking at last-known readings - but only if a marker is clicked
[ ] Mobile devices will never have a device location in the DB
[ ] We can interpolate to guess the location of a reading based on the next / previous readings in the client-side front-end

We'll need some real data coming in to test it though.
