Create Theme Tree Added

resources.themes.get_theme_tree.py (Create Theme Tree Endpoint)
resources.themes.test_get_theme_tree.py (Unittest for Endpoint)
Modified Database models to perform joined fetches inplace of Lazy fetching relations to minimize cascading db queries
Create Theme Tree endpoint added to app.py
