Consider changing:
mv gradle.properties.example gradle.properties and mv apikeys.properties.example apikeys.properties
mv gradle.properties.example gradle.properties
mv apikeys.properties.example apikeys.properties
to a solution that does not involve the modification of files in github. I.e. suggest copying and renaming.
Do so in all quickstarts e.g. macOS, Windows, Ubuntu
