Updating an entry using Link #294

updating an entry in Link seems to be duplicating entry info such as address, phone and email. Permissions bug?

Something messed with the role capabilities removing the "public" capability applied to all roles. Because this capability was removed the core logic assumed if had to re-add the data the user didn't have permissions to edit when saving the entry. The info was still view-able by the user because the logic dictates if no visibility option was set/saved that info is automatically public.
