error unauthorized 401 status code #70

First, I wanna say Thank you for this cool service. I am trying to test the sample android code that is given for free. But I am having some trouble. My OS is window10, and I am not using the External Auth. I am using just the connecty cube database. If I run the sample app, I get 401 status code. "error unauthorized". I tried deleting cache, unlock the firewall. But nothing works. Could you please tell me what kind of cause this would be?

hello @JSW-JW, sorry for the longtime answer. What you mean when using windows10 and our android-messenger-app?

I am using just the connecty cube database. If I run the sample app, I get 401 status code. "error unauthorized".

Does it mean you write your own requests from windows to the ConnectyCube server? Do you use our SDK? Please, add more detail, how you get this error, and provide log with requests and responses to the Connectycube server.

Does it mean you write your own requests from windows to the ConnectyCube server? >> I did the request which is in the sample app code. Not touched at all. And it looked like work well.

Do you use our SDK? Please, add more detail, how you get this error, and provide log with requests and responses to the Connectycube server. >> Actually, I am not so sure about this. I have to check later and tell you again soon. What is obvious is I didn't touch anything from the android-messenger-app sample code. I just added user list to my app page, and added them to the json file. That's all.

I will post the error log tomorrow sooner. Thanks, good developer team!
