How can i enable users in my db interact with users in connectycube admin panel

here i want the users in my database can chat ,video call and can place audio call to users in connecty cube admin panel at the same time i would like to know how can i categorize that particular use was created using app or in admin panel manually. please look into the matter urgenlty.
