XML widget for Surface View cannot be found #12

Basically, the XML widget com.connectycube.videochat.view.RTCSurfaceView cannot be resolved, so surfaceview cannot be added to the xml for v2 of the SDK

In 2.0.0-beta03 this issue has been resolved.
