We need logs to help you with the issue. What devices do you use? We will try to reproduce by steps above.

on every device, it's happening sometimes connection established successfully but we can not hear the voice

1) Mute and then Unmute a mic - did it help bring the sound back? 2) Are you using our sample cordova videochat? (we are going to check there)

no, I am using our own app it happens sometimes not every time

we are facing the call connectivity issue with the ConnectyCube for example:
when user A makes a call to user B user B receives the call user B accepts the call now both the users get connected but sometimes user A cant here user B voice and vice versa and sometimes both user cant hear each other
plz consider this issue and provide us the solution asap
