onCallRejectedWhenTerminated not called in lockscreen #126

onCallRejectedWhenTerminated is called when the app is terminated state in homescreen. But when the phone is in lock screen it is not getting called

please add more details about your device, its OS, and its manufacturer. have you tried to reproduce it in our P2P sample?
