data got cleared automatically #305

@TatankaConCube , My chat dialogs automatically got cleared from both application and admin portal and nothing is working as expected. did u guys did any changes ? , Is it because of free acoount. what are the limiations?

no, any data can't be cleaned on the shared server, all your dialogs, messages, etc should be saved for all time here. we don't delete anything, our shared server doesn't have any limits for data lifetime regardless of the tariff plan

could you please provide your account ID and the app ID?

after some time data came back, but for 5 or 10 minutes we were not getting any dialogs in the app. this is my accunt id 9768 and app id 7266

it is impossible, could you please try to catch the cases when your request returns the empty data and then the same request returns the required data? please collect the logs for these two requests and share them here.
