P2p callkeep #140

Problems: We close the app, then send a push-notification from the admin panel. In android studio we can see "onMessageReceived" push. The problem is that when we receive a push, we cannot bring up our application. Lib RN-push-notification does not provide a licenser for listening to background push notifications in our application.

Hi, im trying to use this code in my project.

but when i try to call a sample user. the callkit UI is not showing. i expect the callkit will show once the other user initiate a call. or am i wrong?
