Vilfram key binding doesn't work on Mathematica 13.2 for windows #2

hi, I have installed Vilfram on Mathematica 13.2 for windows, and the vi-like key doesn't work. I try the esc key, it is still the mathematica original mode.

disabling esc in the keybindings file worked for on 14.1 and 13.3 worked for me on windows 10. found in \SystemFiles\FrontEnd\TextResources\Windows\KeyEventTranslations.tr from the installation folder of mathematica.
