Scroll notification content #1

Either scrollable by default or a toggle button to switch between cropped and scrollable view

Maybe it would be also a good idea to default hide the notification content on receive and just show the heading. I don't like it that everybody can read my dirty sms ^_^ . Maybe two ok button presses could open the notification content? If the content is open the up and down buttons can have the scrolling functionality. Outside of the content view it could be still the old next/before notification behavior.
