Every field has to have it's "source" counterpart #14

Apart from the "author" who modified or added any field, every data has to have its source. In cargografias we also added a "source quality": Official, Press, Non Oficial (wiki), Other

Users should submit a link for each update to the db, but our importers leave that information blank. So we need to fix that.
