Fix AccessImpl #44

Problem

The AccessImpl file had a couple of issues making it impossible to compile.

I fixed those to the best of my current (very early) understanding of the code, LDK, bitcoin and lightning.

e2e flow using polar

Include these steps:

create address & fund it via polar
connect to a lnd peer via app
open a channel via app
generate an invoice via polar
pay invoice via app
close channel via app
mine enough blocks (6 then 6 more) via polar
✅ verify in polar that the lnd node has the sats
