Conquest Blocks are unbreakable in Survival 1.18.2 #377

Describe the bug
If i recall correctly, 1.16.5 (back in January/February) allowed for basic tool usage (pickaxes/axes/shovels) on Conquest blocks. In 1.18 however, no tools seem to allow mining those custom blocks and recoup the mined block. Not even Diamond tools with the Silk Touch enchantment. I'm not yet at trying the Netherite tools...

Additional context
Playing 1.18.2 in Survival with the 1.16.5 ConquestRecipes datapack (latest from Curse) to be able to create most blocks in that mode. Perhaps my issue occurs because that version is not fully compatible with 1.18's updated game mechanics and loot table stuff and, as CreativeRealms told me on Discord, it's not yet updated...

I suspect is caused by Minecraft's new system for handling how blocks are broken. Rather than being handled automatically, it is handled by tags (json files) in the mineable folder
