This one is for #12 .

Add flags for almost every option in the config.
Have flags effectively "override" the config files.
Add a --generate-config flag that creates example "config.ini" and "portfolio.ini" files.

Moved auto_colors to autocolors.py, renamed to color_list, updated references.
Moved code that verifies config files to a new function verify_config_keys()

That's pretty much it. I added some todos for more refactoring.

Nice. I updated the README and fixed a bug with printing the portfolio table. I like those TODO refactors too - I'll make a new ticket for them.
