There are currently 2 TODO items in cliStocksTracker.py. They should be easy to refactor but should be done before #10.

First function would be something like "create_graphs()". This function should be a class method for the portfolio() singleton.
Second function would be something like "populate_portfolio()". This function should also be a class method for the portfolio() singleton.
