FIX missing url for RFQ's #195

The {target=_blank} command is used inferring that there should be a url for linking. Based on the context of the sentence, it appears the RFQ section of the airswap docs should be linked

@lambo4jos Absolutely! would you mind adding in (trades)[https://about.airswap.io/technology/request-for-quote]{target=\_blank} for the link formatting? if it's just the link I'm not sure it will render.
