Sometimes Tooltip component stay enabled when mouse in outside area. #450

Describe the bug Sometimes Tooltip component enabled when mouse in outside area. But when mouse hovered to tooltip element it is disabled.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Hover tooltip element
  2. Move mouse into another area and fast move back mouse in element
