Add/Modify/Delete devKit Outline Elements

Overview

As the devKit writer, I need development and design to review the devKit outline and enhance it by adding/modifying/deleting and enriching items in the outline, so that I can be confident we have a reasonable first draft of the essential things we need to explain to buidlrs in order for them to easily understand bootleg and want to "steal the car."

• How are the code modules you are working on not represented or misrepresented in the outline?
• What are we forgetting in the outline to set as a topic?

Acceptance

• Agreement by whole team (on next sprint planning session) that the outline is "good enough" for starting on the writing
