Overview

As a developer so that I can have a payable interface on key 721 functions, copy the 721 relevant code/files from the openzepplin project to the bootleg repo and change them to payable.

You can see the payable interface here
But not here in open zep

Do we really have to do this?

Assumptions

This is a short term solution and we'll figure out a better way in the near future.

Acceptance

721 code from open-zepplin copied into the bootleg project in the tokens folder under erc721 folder.
imports updated to reference the new code files
open-zepp npm package removed
