Overview

As a video distributor, I need to make sure that I am only giving video credentials to franchisors

Assumption

Look into api gateway authorizer function

Acceptance

A test that authorizes use of the lambda function
- Returns 200
A test that does not authorize use of the lambda function
- Returns 401
