Move dONT code to it's own repo/project. #168

Overview

Since Bootleg does not use dONT directly at this point, move the dONT code to it's own repo/project so we can manage/work on it independently from bootleg.

Acceptance

https://github.com/ConsenSys/web3studio-bootleg/tree/master/packages/dont-crypto is it's own project.
Existing issues/epics are transferred to the new project
Links in Bootleg readme/website are updated

@hadasz I think it might be time to move this project out on it's own. Would you have time to do this?
