I could see it being helpful for vendors. How would it be helpful for the person on the receiving end? Is this a better version of the do-not-call list? DNC, which is broken and needs to be fixed. Could we invent some way to put a pay-wall up in front of all in-bound communications? For friends, I'd auto-refund the fee, for vendors I'd keep the money ;p
Personal AI that can identify times when one is receptive and not receptive to new opportunities or inquiries...reduce non-answers to inbound requests. Make life suck less for vendors who have the right thing for someone but not at the right time when their inquiry goes out to the prospect.
