Edited Readme to make react-native-sssa more visible

But web3studio-sojourn is actually the app. It ties all the pieces together, and does contain vault. Maybe we could put two links in the circle? Instead of making the entire circle one link have someting like "back end code" , "front end code", or "The Vault" , "The App"

Interesting idea, I like it. I think it would need a different affordance than it has now. It's a giant button, might be confusing as a giant button with two inner buttons 😛.

TJ could help with that one.

I was thinking more along the line of two links within a button, but I will schedule some time with TJ to talk about it. I'll merge this for now so we have something there. Thanks for looking it over
