Do customer survey --> Create short and simple website --> Write Blog --> Publish Blog --> Get more signup --> Update doc and Github --> create channel 2) jpaulet has started work.
Create Discord channel, create Medium/Reddit & others posts, increase Github contributors & followers, increase signups & traffic to the site (Google Analytics), try to find endorsements 3) robsecord has started work.
Using Blogs, Twitter & Discord I will attempt to drive engagement to my new Dapp and gather as many new users as I can. I will use Google Analytics for metrics. Dapp is fully decentralized, so users do not have to signup to the site, they just need to Create/Mint particles. 4) crisgarner has started work.
Currently, we have sold 46 Coffee tokens, yet only 2 redeems. We want to improve the redeems and the number of our twitter followers (91). We will design a strategy and execute it in order to improve these numbers and then we will post the updates in a medium blog post 5) makoto has started work.
I am going to do a last free giveaway to allow users to host events during EthDenver 6) makoto has started work.

Challenge
Have you been working on a blockchain or Web3 startup in your spare time? Have you been hustling on nights and weekends and need some incentive to make things happen with your project? Do you need an excuse to take a break from coding and ruthlessly focus on traction? If so, this hackathon is for you!
Over the next 15 days, drive as much viral growth for your startup as you possibly can. This is something you need to do anyways; let us pay you to do it! At the end of the hackathon, prove to us that you’ve made major positive impact in your metrics by showing us significant improvement in:
The only metric we will not accept is Twitter metrics, as they can be easily tampered with.
Deliverables Due Upon Completion
We expect to see the following upon completion of the hackathon:
How We Score Your Entries
Quantitative: Link to score-card with weighted scores and how it will be calculated for each. Qualitative: 40% of the score will be based on the playbook; the creativity and ingenuity shown in finding potential users for your next project and building a community around it.
