Add deprecation message. #141

Let's face it, we're not keeping this up to date. Better to support thriving projects that are committed to this type of work, than let people's hard work languish in unreviewed PRs.

If a team within ConsenSys is interested in adopting this project, please contact me with your plans for the repo, and an explanation of what incentivizes you to maintain it. The token has after all held many millions of dollars safely, and has a bunch of github cred, so it's worth something to keep it going.

I do still believe in the value of having multiple implementations of standards, even if it's for stylistic differences. Hope we can keep this repo going.

Agree @simondlr. I hope threatening to deprecate is the rallying cry to that brings it back. @wyc looking forward to discussing!
