proxy support #56

This addresses to #55 isomorphic-fetch does not support proxy either. I changed isomorphic-fetch to omni-fetch which is a wrapper of isomorphic-fetch to support proxy.

From what I understand Coveralls API token wrong. @fgimenez can you look and check? I don't have admin permissions for armlet
