Fix support for recent versions of besu

some tidying up needs to happen since #63

• constructing blockchain
• constructing bonsai archive
• reading the database metadata to determine if receipt compaction
• Most importantly, we need to update Besu to offer a non-storage-modifying constructor (or allow overriding) for KeyValueStoragePrefixedKeyBlockchainStorage

acceptance criteria:

• honor existing config for receipt compaction
• dry up and move static methods from MainNetContext
• get rid of the bela-specific keyvalue blockchain storage class, since it will quickly become out of date with main besu class

https://github.com/Consensys/bela/pull/65 gets things running again by populating DataStorageConfiguration with defaults and the format detected via the database metadata file.

I don't think it fixes any of the items mentioned in this issue though!
