Added 2 new Rinkeby Faucets #317

Sometimes the rinkeby.io faucet runs out of funds or doesn't work. The two other faucets only provide 0.1 eth every time. However, they are useful when the other one doesn't work.

Yes, the PR was from a year ago 😊 . Deleting the branch.
