A CLI which provides a set of tools for Quorum Network
Initial implementation is to support quorum-acceptance-tests when writing tests required simple Quorum nodes management (like this and this). These management capabilities are exposed via HTTP API.
Quorum nodes are Docker-based. And network can be booted up in a remote machine.
Some capabilities are:
Bring up a Quorum Network from a configuration file (examples are in samples folder) with an option to start an Operator to manage the network
Bring up a Quorum Boot which exposes 2 simple HTTP APIs that allow to create a Quorum Network or delete an existing one.
Tests written in Haskell in the existing repo will be ported to specifications under quorum-acceptance-tests
