Modifiable overviewruler opacity #141

The overview ruler is flooded with decorations for state variables, constants, etc... it can be very distracting. It would be very helpful if the opacity for these decorations could be modified because they could be configured to be less prominent, instead of only having a switch for enabled/disabled.
