solarized-light-theme: make natspec params less distractring #24

The solarized theme highlights natspec keywords in dark bold which can be quite distracting. image

therefore we are planning to make them less distracting by changing the color from black -> greyish image

and this is how it looks like in the new modified default vscode light theme (light_vs + security highlighting) image
