Initializes lerna for a wondrous monorepo. Sets up prettier and eslint based off standard config.
Description of Changes
Mostly boilerplate. The one interesting thing to call out, I published an alpha of eslint-config-web3studio so this wouldn't be blocked by another projects review. I'll update this repo once that's merged.
