Heat Map Needs A Scale or Legend #12

We need to see what the heat map color ramp values mean.

I'd be interested in taking a stab at this. I think it should be fairly straightforward. The easiest thing to do would be to add a legend to the sidebar, but we could look into getting it somewhere else on the screen instead.
