Interplay between red dots and graphs on the bottom #14

This functionality seems a bit odd and perhaps we can smooth it out.

Problem: Currently, the plot labeled Time Series of Site-Wide Rate of Detection does not display until a red dot on the Leaflet map is clicked.

Desired Solution: Fix so that the plot is displayed by default (before user clicks on a red dot).
