Added per feature request in Issue #15.

To enable new feature, add the folder Shapefile (unzipped) to folder ShinyApps/LeafletApp/data

Folder should include shapefiles for:

Also deleted folder rscripts and content within -- seems to be duplicate work already performed by scripts in folder pyscripts

Per request in buildout document:

Need to think through what the background map looks like (google terrain)

Changed Leaflet basemap to one with embedded topographical data.
