Have all projects selection #22

It might be nice to see all the projects together for Marin. I think this would impact a number of the Rshiny components...

Problem: Currently, the Select Sites/Subregions dropdown menu does not have a "Select All" option that allows user to select all sites associated with a particular project, and display all of them at once on the Leaflet map.

Desired Solution: Create a "Select All" option in the Select Sites/Subregions dropdown menu.
