Include All Sites option for Marin site selection #34

Per request in Issue #22 , created an "All Sites" option in the Site Selection dropdown so that all Marin sites can be viewed at once.

The functionality should work. However, because the Marin dataset that I currently possess only has ChedaJewel data, I would suggest that a reviewer with a more complete Marin dataset to QA and see if functionality works when there's more than one site available.

Update

The new Marin dataset could not be ingested into the Shiny app in their current form, due to the fact that it's structured differently than the old dataset.

However, I created a dummy dataset and tested the "All Sites" option against that, and it is working on my end.

To properly run updated app, please add the folder processed to the data folder, with the following contents.
