[User Documentation] Pathways and carbon layers calculation change #242

Based on https://github.com/kartoza/cplus-plugin/issues/240

Update the plugin user documentation to show how pathways and carbon layers calculation is perfomed in the plugin, the documentation should also cover in depth the underlying statistics behind the calculation. When necessary provide highlights from the new QGIS model for the scenario analysis and how different carbon layers selection can impact the final output.
