Scenario outputs selections #399

Implementation of the scenario outputs layers selection enabling user to opt on which layers they want to be part of the final scenario outputs layers.

All layer options are on default checked, when use deselect a listed layer then it will be temporaty stored and not included in the final outputs layer group.

The user selection are store in the plugin settings and loaded once QGIS is reopened.
