Changes in masking implementation #421

The original layer masking workflow worked by clipping the provided mask layer(s) from the activities layers, see https://github.com/ConservationInternational/cplus-plugin/pull/384 . These changes are providing a different implementation for by taking features from activities layers that are outside the target mask layer(s) features.
