When user selects "Process the scenario online" and click "Run scenario" Cplus plugin needs to do these:
When Plugin is opened and there is Online Task UUID in settings
[x] Fetch scenario status and save status to processing.log
to processing.log
[x] If the status is COMPLETED, show notification like this. When user click Generate Report, it will download the outputs and generate report.

[x] Add view task button below Processing options which will show
[x] "Process the scenario online" needs to be disabled if there is current online processing running.
